Mermaids are elegant, mermaids are beautiful, mermaids are magical. Mermaids most certainly do not run into walls or get caught doing goofy things, do they? Uuummmm.... yes. Yes they actually do.
Hi, my name is Mermaid Phantom, and I am a very clumsy mermaid. I've never really been the most graceful creature in the world, and when you add being legally blind to the equation... sometimes I find myself in some pretty silly situations.

Yes... sooooo... do you believe me now when I say that mermaids aren't exactly sparkly and magical 24/7? It's true! There are days when we glide through the water looking like we swam straight out of a fairy tale storybook, and then there are the days we lose our hair or fin-slap ourselves in the face. But hey... that's life, right?
Things don't always go as you plan them too, so you've got to learn to simply go with the flow and to laugh at yourself a little. All of the unexpected twists and turns only make things more interesting. And who knows? Maybe you can get some of your epic fails on camera and share them with the world? ;)
Be forgiving of your mishaps and don't ever take yourself too seriously! Nobody is perfect, not even mermaids. It's part of what makes the world such an awesome place. ♥
